Use the 'Thank You for Eating Out to Help Out Scheme' at The White Horse Inn, Sutton
- to get a 50% discount on food or non-alcoholic drinks to eat or drink in (up to a maximum of £10 discount per diner)
- every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 14th September and 14th October, 2020
- as many times as you like
- by reserving a table to dine with us prior to your arrival.
You don’t need a voucher to use this scheme and you can use it at the same time as other offers and discounts. There is no minimum spend.
You cannot claim discount on alcoholic drinks or service charges.
The discount will be automatically available to you and we will then fund the discount ourselves. This offer is not run in conjunction with HM Government.
Restaurant Booking and Cancellation Policy
When reserving a table, we may take a credit or debit card number to confirm your reservation, but no money will be charged to your card. We will only make a charge if you fail to turn up without notice or cancel your booking within 48 hours of your table reservation. In that case, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 per person.
For tables of seven or more guests, a member of our Reservations Team will contact you 48 hours prior to your booking. If you have not confirmed your reservation 24 hours prior to the booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and resell the table.
If you arrive late for your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and resell the table after thirty minutes have elapsed.
Room Booking and Cancellation Policy
Please make your room booking and your restaurant booking at the same time. Tables in our restaurant are not held for overnight guests automatically.
Cancellation or Modification
If cancelled or modified up to 2 clear days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
For example, cancel or modify your reservation on Tuesday for arrival on Friday.
If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations or modifications cannot be made where they contradict existing booking policies.
Cancellations or modifications must be made in writing by email or post, or through your online booking agent.
For the comfort of our guests our rooms are non-smoking.

Social Media Competitions Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Eclipse Partners Limited (Company No. 10861015) whose registered office is at 16 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7EG.
Any competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of The White Horse Inn and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter any competition.
By entering any competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Closing date for entry will be advertised at the route of entry. After this date the no further entries to that competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of any competition and how to enter are as follows:

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend any competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / made use of / delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
